Security Special Notice

Due to current world events, security at Beth Israel will be increased to help ensure the safety of all guests. Please read below for the new security procedures for smooth entry into the facility.

Underground Parking

There will still be free underground parking avilable to all spectators and competitors. The parkade gate will remain closed at all times with a security guard present. Plese tell the guard you are attending the Sunday Funday dance competition for entrance into the parkade.

Street Entrance

We will have security present at all entrances. Plese tell the guard you are attending the Sunday Funday dance competition for entrance into the venue.

Registration

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
Registration Deadline for Sunday Funday Summer Edition 2024 is May 24th.

Competitor Registration can be done through email for both Amateur and Pro-Am competitions. Please note that there are entry fees associated for all entries.

Refund Policy

The deadline for a refund on a cancellation is 30 days prior to the date the competition commences. Refunds will be made by mail, 30 days following the completion of the competition. If the Organizer is notified of cancellations after the deadline, credit toward the following year will be considered in cases of emergency only and Participants must accompany a Doctor’s Certificate. There will be a minimum $100 processing fee, per participant, for cancellations. No substitutions will be allowed for entry cancellations at the event. No exchanges or refunds will be madeon admission tickets. (ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL)

If government regulations enforce a last-minute shut down of the event due to COVID-19 restrictions (deemed after September 22nd 2023), we will credit all registrants and ticket holders to a future event.

NDCC Membership Registration

All amateur Canadian competitors dancing in sanctioned events are required to be current members with NDCC. The registration form can be downloaded from the NDCC website or you can register directly online. Canadian competitors without NDCC membership will not be permitted to compete. All Non-Canadian couples must bring proof of membership for their respective governing organizations. NDCC membership does not affect your membership standing with DanceSport BC.
