Security Special Notice

Due to current world events, security at Beth Israel will be increased to help ensure the safety of all guests. Please read below for the new security procedures for smooth entry into the facility.

Underground Parking

There will still be free underground parking avilable to all spectators and competitors. The parkade gate will remain closed at all times with a security guard present. Plese tell the guard you are attending the Sunday Funday dance competition for entrance into the parkade.

Street Entrance

We will have security present at all entrances. Plese tell the guard you are attending the Sunday Funday dance competition for entrance into the venue.

Fees and Passes

All competitors are required to pay registration fees and purchase competitor passes for both Amateur and Pro-Am competitions. Competitor passes grant you access to all sessions.

Adult Competitor Pass (all sessions, General Admission)		$40
Adult Competitor Pass (all sessions, Front Row Seat)		$50
Youth and Younger Competitor Pass (all sessions, General Admission)		$30
Youth and Younger Competitor Pass (all sessions, Front Row Seat)		$40

Adult (and Senior) 1 Dance Event	$15 per event
Adult (and Senior) 2 Dance Event	$25 per event
Adult (and Senior) 3 Dance Event	$30 per event
Adult (and Senior) 4 Dance Event	$35 per event
Adult (and Senior) 5 Dance Event	$45 per event
Youth and Younger 1 Dance Event	$15 per event
Youth and Younger 2 Dance Event	$20 per event

Pro-Am Fee Breakdown

Refund Policy

The deadline for a refund on a cancellation is 30 days prior to the date the competition commences. Refunds will be made by mail, 30 days following the completion of the competition. If the Organizer is notified of cancellations after the deadline, credit toward the following year will be considered in cases of emergency only and Participants must accompany a Doctor’s Certificate. There will be a minimum $100 processing fee, per participant, for cancellations. No substitutions will be allowed for entry cancellations at the event. No exchanges or refunds will be made on admission tickets. (ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL)
